SIZE CHART:
SIZE CONFIRMATION: Orders will be placed in US Size only, hence, customers are requested to provide us with Size in US equivalent. Since, these are imported footwear you won't find the size in Indian equivalent. You can refer UK/GB Size for Indian equivalent as the two sizes are almost similar.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Delivery Time: 15-30 Working Days plus one week extension. (If product is not delivered within this time then complete refund will be provided. The refunded money will get automatically transferred into the Account from which the transaction is made.
- Payment Gateway: Transactions done with Payu Money Payment Gateway will automatically qualify for refund if item is not delivered within committed time. For this you have to open an Account with Payu Money and process payment accordingly. The money will lie with Payu Money till the delivery of product. Once product gets delivered we will ask for Payment Release and you have to act accordingly. For Payments being done at CC Avenue, there will not be such option but still the refund will be done in case the product is not delivered within committed time.
- Refund / Return Policy: Since these are customized orders, there will be no returns or refunds applicable for issues related to size fitment, hence, customers are requested to be specific about their size. Refund will be provided in case a product is received in damaged condition and should be informed within 7 days of receipt of parcel.
- Shipping: Shipping is Free to all Parts within India and Outside India.
