Return / Refund Policy

We understand that our customers should get their ordered products delivered in proper condition so that it serves the purpose for which it is ordered. To meet our customer expectations we take proper care before dispatching the products so that customer complaints are minimal. All our products are closely examined for any defects and we ensure the dispatched quantity is matching the ordered quantity. If you receive a damaged or a defective item inside the parcel, you are requested to inform the same to us with photograph of faulty product and a note stating the reason for the return at our email id: or whats app at +91-9871907873,+91-9673276760. Also state your order no & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice. In your return note please advise us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Please fill the "Product Return" Form in Customer Service section for our records. The ultimate decision will be at the sole discretion of our management whether you qualify for Replacement or Refund.

This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office being communicated:

For return of items received in Damaged / Defective condition we will arrange the pickup from your address and provide you with Shipping Label in your registered email address. In case you have done ordering through WhatsApp, you have to provide your email id. You have to take a print out of the shipping label and cut it in two equal pieces and paste the one on package and the second one is to be handed over to Pickup boy at the time of Pickup. In rare circumstances where our courier service may not be available in your location then we will ask you to return the same through the service available in your location. We will later reimburse the courier charges incurred by you into your account. The maximum courier refund amount we can credit into your account is Rs 70 per Kg. Hence, please choose the right service for returning the product. In case, the return courier amount is more than Rs 70/- , kindly call our customer care support or drop us an e-mail stating the same and we shall advice you through which courier service you can return the products. 

“For return of items due to size variation, we won’t arrange for Pickup at customer place rather customer has to bear return courier charges. The return parcel should be sent to us within 15 days of purchase of item in a proper sealed condition. It should be noted that the item should not be washed, damaged or used apart from only trial purpose. Tags (if any) on the product should not be removed and tracking details of the courier should be intimated to us as soon as the parcel is shipped. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone call, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement depending upon next size availability. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product, using the original method of payment and will send the replacement at our cost. In case of refund, we will refund the amount of Product only without shipping charges.  To avoid such type of situation, we request our customers to be specific about their size and in case of any doubts order for next available size so that there are no issues related to fitment.”
